Neuroglobin (mouse): rabbit antisera (IgG) for WB, IP; ≥1:2000 dilution

Sample Western blot analysis of brain extracts and mouse neuroglobin. Lane 1 contains 100 ug of mouse brain extract.
Samples in lane 2-7 are: purified recombinant mouse neuroglobin standard at 5 ng, 10 ng, 15 ng, 20 ng, 25 ng, and 50 ng, respectively.
Please note that with longer exposures of blots 5 ng neuroglobin is readily detected, albeit with an increase in background
noise.
