Ordering:
You can order and purchase products by contacting us by E-mail at orders@mvbiotech.com Your
order should also include the item description(s) and quantities. Please provide a purchase order number (PO#), billing,
shipping and contact information (incl. telephone #) with your order. Indicate your preferred method of shipment, if
any. You may also place an order and pay by check. Checks are payable to Miami Valley Biotech.
Expect
your order to ship promptly within three business days of your completed order (incl. verifiable PO# or check) unless you
are notified otherwise.
Shipping: Please indicate
preferred method of shipment with your order, otherwise, we will ship via our preferred
method and carrier. Orders requiring ice or dry-ice will be shipped for next day delivery via
UPS, Fed-Ex or another major express mail carrier. We will apply the following approximate shipping rates for items
sent. Overnight express shipping carrier rates listed are estimated for a ~5 lb package. Orders
requiring dry-ice or ice and insulated packaging will incur an additional $10 surcharge. Rates also include
carrier insurance, electronic tracking and delivery confirmation services.
