Sample Western blot analysis of hepatocyte cell extracts and human cytoglobin. Samples in lanes 1-2 are: 100 ug
extract prepared from cells not detectably expressing Cygb, 100 ug extract prepared from cells expressing recombinant Cygb.
Samples in lanes 3-9 are: pure recombinant human cytoglobin standards at 175 ng, 150 ng, 125 ng, 100 ng, 75 ng, 50 ng, 25
ng, respectively.
